Blackline Financial ("Blackline," "we," "us") is a financial services firm based in Mesa, Arizona, providing bookkeeping, job costing, WIP reporting, and fractional CFO services to construction contractors. This policy covers information collected through this website, blackline.financial.

When you request a quote or contact us through our forms, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and business details such as annual revenue range, trade, number of active jobs, current accounting software, service interest, and anything you write in the message field.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) automatically processes standard technical data — such as IP addresses and browser information — to serve and secure the site. We do not use this to identify or profile you.
Cookies. This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. If we use analytics, we use a privacy-focused, cookie-free service (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that does not track you across sites. The embedded scheduling page (Calendly) on our contact page may set its own cookies, governed by Calendly's privacy policy.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Form submissions are delivered to our team through the service providers we use to operate: Cloudflare (website hosting), Slack (internal notification of new inquiries), and Google Workspace (email). If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and evaluate the engagement. If you become a client, information is retained per our engagement agreement and applicable recordkeeping requirements. You can ask us to delete your inquiry information at any time.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Reach us through the contact page and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
This website and our services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
