Job-by-job books for general contractors, custom home builders, and specialty trades across Phoenix, the East Valley, Tucson, and the rest of Arizona — closed by the 15th, every month.
A general bookkeeper can reconcile a bank account. What they usually can't do is tell you which jobs made money. Construction books have to handle things most industries never see: costs coded to jobs and phases, progress billing, retainage receivable and payable, change orders, and revenue that's earned on a different schedule than it's billed.
When those pieces are missing, the P&L looks fine until a job closes out underwater, or until your bank or bonding agent asks for a WIP schedule nobody can produce.
We only work with construction businesses, from contractors doing about $1M up to $30M. Every engagement runs on QuickBooks Online, connected to the job-management tools contractors already use, like Adaptive (we're a preferred partner) and Buildertrend.

Every engagement starts with the DIG Diagnostic, a review of your current books that scopes the work and flags any cleanup before you sign. See the full services and scope, or how onboarding works.
We don't prepare tax returns or do audits. We work alongside your CPA and hand them clean, construction-specific books. Certified and prevailing-wage payroll are outside our scope as well.
No. We're based in Mesa and know the Arizona market, but we work with contractors nationwide.
Yes. The DIG Diagnostic scopes any catch-up work, and cleanup is quoted as a separate project so you know the cost before you commit.
