Bookkeepers

QuickBooks Online fluency and clean, reliable monthly close work. Construction experience is a big plus — job costing, draws, retainage — but we'll teach construction to a great bookkeeper faster than we can teach bookkeeping to anyone.

The Depth

Accountants & Controllers

People who can review a close, build a WIP schedule, explain over/under billing to a contractor in plain English, and hold the line on quality when the volume picks up.

The Experience

Client Experience & Ops

Organized, fast, and human. Onboarding new clients, keeping communication tight, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks between our team and theirs.
